Default Window Problems?

I've been after the dealer for almost a year to fix what sounds like the window chaffing the gasket around the window on the 06. So far they just keep putting a silicone spray in which no longer helps and leaves a nice film around the edges of the window. They just ordered in a new gasket for the window. Anyone else have a suggestion if this doesn't work?

Driver's window?

Have seen numerous vehicles with a customer complaint of a window rattle that was actually coming from the door seal where it contacts the upper body door opening. Kind of a soft 'itching' noise when driving on rough surfaces, worse when the door seal and body opening were dirty/dusty.

Have had a couple of Odysseys with a persistant rattling noise just behind the driver's left ear that was coming from the rear overhead HVAC controller.

I am not 100% positive it is the window, but at slow speeds when you hear it and put the window down so that it is not touching the gasket the noise seems to go away. I say slow speeds becuase the wind noise does not mask it. That is why I was thinking it was the seal around the window but at this point I'm willing to try anything.
