Very Good Dealer Experience
From all the bad things we hear about the dealer's service reps.....I just wanted to post a good thing.
Last week the passenger window on my wife's 02 Odyssey decided to go down and stay down. We had also had been having problems with the rear hatch staying open so I took the van in to be fixed.
I had purchased the Honda Care Extended Warranty when we bought the van in 05 but had never used it, so I didn't know what kind of experience that I was in for.
Lucas Honda of Jacksonville replaced the window motor, both tensioner cylinders on the hatch and replaced the seat belt latch (didn't know it had a problem, but they said it was causing a problem with the SRS). They also vacuumed and washed the van, took me home and came back and picked me up when the van was ready.
Didn't cost me one red cent.....didn't even have to fight with them over the warranty work......they didn't try to tell me that I needed other costly work done or sell me any thing else...........And I didn't even buy my van at their dealership.....
Needless to say......if I ever need any other work done,,,,,I will go back to Lucas.....and I will start getting my oil changed there...
