Default Welcome Ody Club Members!

It has been brought to my attention that the Ody Club site has been experiencing some technical difficulties recently. That is leaving some of you without an Ody forum "home" to visit and I know from experience how disappointing that can be.

Let me simply say this, we welcome any new member to this new and growing club. I've been doing this for years (starting with Element Owners Club) and I know what a valuable resource Ody Club is and has been for Ody owners. As I have grown this network of Honda sites, I have even offered to take over Ody Club a few times but have been turned down repeatedly.

I do have my own server and all of my sites are hosted here. I manage all of the sites and keep them current. We also rotate pictures of our members' vehicles on each site's home page. If you'd like to get in on that, simply join us on the forum and email me a good pic to use.

This is a fun network and we hope you'll join us to be a part of it. We have giveaways and prizes. I have contacts within Honda to help us answer questions and provide information. And, we schedule various regional meets and a national meet usually every year. In fact, our combo EOC/ROC meet for June 2008 will have anywhere from 125-150 members from all over North America. We're going to Honda's facilities again this year too!

So, please register and join us here. You don't have to abandon Ody Club. After all, it will still be home for many of you. Just remember that we are always open and we offer you a big welcome here any time.

Thanks, T Mac

It is a bit ironic that just yesterday members were wondering why there were more frequent outages lately. Some were noting that Jim, the webmaster, had not posted in a year or so, wondering what was up with the stability of the site.

I must admit it is one of my favorite sites and without any intent to put down odysseyownersclub.com, which I joined a few months ago, if it has or will fold it will be missed. There was a referral by one of *******.com's member to check out your site, so I am sure you will be picking some new members.

Thanks again for your welcoming words.

GO ILLINI!
Honor the CHIEF!

Default Another Ody Club member here to say hello.

I'm game. We'll see how your site takes off, which it just may with the current state of Ody Club technicalities.

Well if it winds up with some of the same wacky (I mean fun ) folks as the EOC it will be better. I use to spend a lot of time at the Ody club when we first got our Ody, It was a wealth of info on tearing apart my Ody for upgrades. The folks for the most part are a little more settled and researved than at the EOC so it wasn't quite as fun. The other problem is the fact that the Ody is the wifes so I can't really to a lot of things to it like I've done to my E. Hope the site takes off T-Mac, and maybe SellinAccura will stop by he has built one sweet Ody. Drew

well, well, "Wacky"?, and they're more "reserved", I take those as compliments and statements of true honor. kidding, I agree the zombies are restless over there and there is a never ending plot going on........but we're all Honda.

Everyone is going to the Nationals, right?

Good job to T-Mac.

regards,
jurn

I'm really glad T-Mac started this site several months ago. While the members at the other site are excellent, the site leaves much to be desired, like current software allowing posting of graphics directly, easy posting, and quick editing. I plan to participate in both, but hope enough will find this site so that it will take off.

And I just won a first aid kit from HandA! Now I know I'll be here every day!
