Time for the Spring detail!

I'm just a week or two away from doing a full Spring detail. What does everyone like to use? I'm still a sucker for Zaino. It can take most of a day to do everything and do it right...but the payoff is worth it. Even if my neighbors think I'm a little weird.

I'm one of those guys who hasn't waxed my car in years! Yes, I know. Bad Bigfoot, bad! But I do keep it clean of bugs and road tar using Honda Cleaner Spray and other products, and wash it about once a month.

Now my fiberglass trailer, that's a different story. It's gets Gel-Gloss front to back after every trip! I do have my priorities.

I keep putting off the detail of mine. So much sq. footage to cover to wax 3 times (I use Meguiar's 3 step). Even washing it takes a while. The Ody has actually made me lazier when it comes to keeping my vehicles clean. My previous cars were hand-washed at least weekly, the Ody has probably had as many or more drive-thru car washes as hand washes. I know it feels neglected. I even allowed the love bugs to set on a little too long last year, and know my bumper is pitted..... Guess I better set some time aside before it gets too bad.

My Ody is '98 V-tec, so it's not the size of the newer ones, which does make it a little easier. But after I finish doing my 'E', I am a little too tired to show my Ody the love that it deserves!

I know what you mean Chief, I normally do the Ody and the E on different days especially the first big one of the spring, so I don't feel rushed or burn myself out. Drew
